About Rescue Pulse CPR Training
Stephen Semenchuk is the owner and lead instructor of Rescue Pulse CPR Training. With 16 years of experience as a First Responder in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, and 6 years teaching Heart & Stroke CPR, he brings real-world insight to every course. Recently certified as a Fire Service Instructor, Stephen delivers hands-on training that’s practical, engaging, and built for real emergencies.

Teaching Philosophy
My teaching style is straightforward and hands-on — built around real conversations, shared stories, and practical repetition. I believe confidence in an emergency comes from doing, not just watching. That’s why every course I teach emphasizes active participation and skill-building.
All of the CPR mannequins we use, are Heart & Stroke 2020 compliant and equipped with Bluetooth-enabled real-time feedback technology. Students can instantly see how they’re performing and make corrections on the spot — ensuring high-quality CPR, and building the confidence to act when every second counts.

Based in Saskatoon, Rescue Pulse delivers mobile first aid training and CPR courses to workplaces, individuals, and community groups across Saskatchewan. Whether you're seeking certification for employment or want to strengthen emergency readiness, we bring the training to you.
